DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER on the website www.handroya.com, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulations.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT, PAYMENT & DELIVERY DETAILS

3.2 Payment Terms:
For installment payments made via credit card, the BUYER agrees to follow the terms set by the issuing bank regarding interest and default payments.
3.3 Refund Procedure:
Refunds for payments made via credit card will follow the bank’s standard installment refund procedure.
Refunds for cash on delivery or bank transfer payments will be made to the account registered to the BUYER’s name.

The product will be delivered via contracted cargo company. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the absence of the BUYER at the delivery address.
ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification or paying any penalty.
Returns must be initiated via the personal membership page at www.handroya.com.
The following types of sales are not eligible for withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods or products with expired shelf-life
- Health or hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed
- Digital goods or services delivered instantly
- Items mixed with others and not separable due to their nature
ARTICLE 5 – GENERAL TERMS
5.1 The BUYER confirms that they have read and agreed to the preliminary information and the terms of sale on the website.
5.2 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product within 30 days of order confirmation.
5.3 If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not liable if that person refuses to accept the delivery.
5.4 Products will be delivered complete, undamaged, and with all required documentation.
5.5 If payment is not received or is reversed, the SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product.
5.6 If a payment is reversed due to unauthorized use of a credit card, the BUYER must return the product.
5.7 If defective, the product may be returned to the SELLER for repair or replacement within the warranty period.
5.8 Returns must include the original invoice, duly completed and signed by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the BUYER’s residence or the location of the transaction.
By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
